Forward Deployed Engineer Jobs

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a multifaceted role situated at the intersection of engineering, consulting, sales and customer-facing roles. The individual is typically part of a startup's customer success team, assisting users of the product directly, solving any technical issues, as well as understanding their needs and feeding this back into product development. They serve as the bridge between the engineering team that designs the product and the customers who use it. Their goal is to ensure that the product adds the maximum possible value to the customer's operations.
