About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in the SMC (Small and Medium Companies, typically with 100 -1000 employees), particularly in New Zealand and Australia. Your job is to uncover and close services and consulting opportunities—not SaaS or hardware—through Microsoft-aligned initiatives and strong relationship-building.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

· Build relationships with Microsoft sellers to build a strong co-sell pipeline

· Identify and close new services and consulting opportunities within the SMC segment

· Conduct assessments around the client’s current use of Microsoft products

· Present compelling, technically-informed roadmaps for IT decision makers

· Collaborate with our Partner Manager and marketing team to build targeted campaigns

· Upsell and cross-sell into an existing base of clients

  

Who You Are

To be successful, you’ll bring:

· Sales experience in the SMC segment

· A proven track record selling managed IT services or consulting (not SaaS/products)

· Direct experience working with Microsoft, or a Microsoft Partner

· Enough technical depth to conduct semi-technical assessments

· Charisma and presence to present roadmaps and lead executive conversations



Preferred Experience

3–5+ years of B2B sales, specifically in IT services or consulting

3+ years in SMC sales, ideally in the ANZ region

• Familiarity with Microsoft’s technology stack (Intune, Entra, Defender, Copilot, etc.)
