What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Operation Executive on a maternity cover contract for 1 year within our Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Payments line of business and is based in our London (Moorgate) office. In this role you will play a key role  in ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding process. Working closely with Sales and Compliance teams, you will support the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met while delivering positive client experience. You will report into the Commercial Director EMEA and regularly collaborate with other teams within the office.

How We Work

As a Sales Operation Executive you will be expected to work from our London office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients from initial handover through to approval.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries on the cases you manage, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Working closely with Sales teams to ensure all required documentation is collected and reviewed before presenting to Compliance.
  • Presenting compliance with a complete onboarding pack to enable a smooth KYC Review.
  • Liaising with Compliance (KYC/AML teams) to ensure regulatory requirements are met efficiently.
  • Delivering a high standard of service, ensuring a positive first impression for all new clients.
  • Providing clear guidance to clients on onboarding requirements and timelines.
  • Supporting retention by ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding journey.
  • Maintaining accurate records within Salesforce.
  • Monitoring onboarding timelines and escalate delays where necessary.
  • Looking continuously for ways to improve onboarding processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Being able to proactively identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Compliance teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks preferred
  • Experience within a FX environment is beneficial
