Security Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist security manager to manage the overall security related issues.
• Responsible for CCTV review and lost investigations.
• Monitor and supervise security assistant and supervisor on securing the warehouse.
• Monitor and identify any illegal activities.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, present and unusual occurrences.
• Enforcement and implementation of security policies set by the company.
• To conduct training to the subordinates on weekly basis and documented.
• Must be able to communicate and get input from all stakeholders
• To conduct ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Spm/Diploma in any field.
• Required at least 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Ability to handle crisis situations
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must possess own transportation
• Must have basic computer skills
• Preferably someone with working experience in Warehousing
