Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst partners across Product, Operations, and Technology to help identify, design, and support the adoption of intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions within the Health business unit. You will focus on understanding business processes, spotting opportunities for improvement, and translating needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work with both technical and non-technical partners to help deliver scalable, responsible, and high‑impact automation solutions that support team goals. You will report to the Director Service Management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured discovery sessions to understand current processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Evaluate and help shape AI and automation use cases, ensuring they align with our needs, technical feasibility, and enterprise standards.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including process flows, decision logic, data needs, and integration points.
  • Create documentation such as process maps, use case descriptions, data flows, and solution requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to support solution design, testing, and validation for AI-enabled and automated solutions.
  • Support prioritization and tracking of automation initiatives, helping ensure measurable business value and alignment with broader roadmaps and governance practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology-enabled environment.
  • Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-related projects.
  • Technical understanding, including basic knowledge of system architecture, APIs, data structures, integrations, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern AI and automation tools, such as conversational AI, intelligent agents, and low-code or no-code platforms.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non technical partners while working with Agile teams.
