Senior DevOps Engineer
TLDR
Lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and AI/LLM integrations to deliver highly available, scalable platforms with hands-on leadership.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will manage our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure our platforms are highly available, performant, and secure.
This role is hands-on and leadership-orientated — you’ll be expected to design, build, mentor, and lead.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Cloud
● Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
● Design highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems
● Manage environments (Prod, Staging, QA, Dev)
● Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
CI/CD & Automation
● Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins)
● Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback processes
● Improve deployment speed, reliability, and zero-downtime releases
Monitoring, Reliability & Security
● Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)
● Manage uptime, SLAs, incident response, and post-mortems
● Implement security best practices (IAM, IdP, secrets management, vulnerability scans)
● Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
Containerization & Orchestration
● Manage Docker-based workloads
● Manage Kubernetes (EKS preferred) setup, scaling, and upgrades
● Optimize resource usage and cost
AI & Modern Development
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production systems
Deploying & scaling AI/ML workloads on cloud infrastructure (GPU instances, model serving)
Rate limiting, cost management & observability for LLM API usage in production
Security & compliance considerations specific to AI-integrated apps (data privacy, prompt injection, access controls)
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
● 5+ years of experience in DevOps
● Strong experience with AWS
● Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
● Expertise in CI/CD pipelines
● Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred)
● Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
● Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
● Experience with high-traffic SaaS or B2B platforms
● AI & Modern Development (Experience integrating LLM APIs into production and deploying scalable AI/ML workloads on cloud infrastructure)
● Strong focus on cost control, observability, and security/compliance (data privacy, prompt injection, access controls).
Good to Have
● Knowledge of security best practices & compliance
● Experience with cost optimization (FinOps)
● Exposure to multi-region deployments
● Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)
