The Skylark product line is focused on the rapid design, build, and test of cutting-edge active phased array antennas (AESA) for terrestrial and airborne applications. Current programs span high-power, large-scale ground terminals for missile defense to commercial airline and helicopter connectivity solutions.  

We are looking to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to our Digital/Mixed-Signal Electronics team. If you enjoy working in a startup environment and are passionate about developing leading-edge electronics for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems, we would like to hear from you.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of board-level electronics hardware design and implementation for advanced RF communication systems. We are seeking a digital-focused Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a broad foundation in electrical design and test, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to peers and leadership. You will mentor junior engineers, perform thorough design reviews, and drive technical decision-making while leading focused efforts in fast-moving environments.
