Senior Electronics Engineer | Security Systems

Teltonika Security Systems is part of the Teltonika company group and develops advanced electronic devices for home, commercial property, and automotive security—ranging from wireless sensors and alarm panels with eSIM to automotive systems with CAN/LIN integration. We are a team that solves real engineering challenges, from the initial idea and schematic all the way to mass production.

In this role you will:

• Oversee the product development process from concept to mass production readiness.
• Design printed circuit boards (PCBs) and create electronic schematics using Altium Designer.
• Analyze existing solutions and initiate the development of new products and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers, manufacturing engineers, and specialists from other fields.
• Assess technical risks, find optimal solutions, and ensure their implementation.
• Hands-on involvement in electronics design and problem-solving tasks as needed.

What we expect from you:

• Experience with Altium Designer.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, along with practical experience working with them.
• Experience in developing electronics products from schematic and PCB design to prototyping and preparation for mass production.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Practical soldering and prototype assembly skills.
• Ability to independently analyze problems, make technical decisions, and take responsibility for the results.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €25/hour to €32/hour (approx. €4,170–€5,339) pre-tax, depending on your experience and competencies. There is also an opportunity to receive performance-based bonuses.
