JOB SUMMARY:

innovation? You’ve come to the right place. AccuSourceHR is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join
our innovative Tech Team to expand and maintain our current software platform, while establishing software
development best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to determine
and implement business/technical requirements. In this role, you should be able to work independently with
little supervision. You should have excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned):
 Architect and develop high-quality and maintainable software.
 Research, scope, prototype, implement, test, and document new initiatives and projects.
 Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
 Build out front end architecture to ensure optimized platform performance.
 Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
 Review and debug code.
 Perform validation and verification testing.
 Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
 Maintain and expand our current web-based platform in PHP.
 Build new components and service layers in Python.
 Ensure the platform is up-to-date with the latest technologies.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
 5+ years of experience in web application development.
 6+ years of experience in PHP.
 4+ years of experience in front-end development.
 Expertise in using MVC design pattern with Phalcon framework.
 Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
 Proficiency in node.js.
 Expertise in MySQL or other database programming.
 Experience in Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools.
 Experience in Cloud such as AWS.
 Experience in Python is a huge plus.

 Experience with any Git based source control.
 Familiarity with agile/scrum processes.
