What will you do

As Senior Full Stack Developer you build the product that millions of job seekers worldwide rely on at a decisive moment in their lives. You will:

• Turn designs into shipped features. You translate product designs into scalable, production-ready features that users love.

• Own core product features. From architecture to deployment, the heart of our product is yours to build and improve.

• Find the techniques that fit. You scout new technologies, judge them on merit, and adopt what genuinely makes the product better.

• Multiply your output with AI agents. You use and manage coding agents to ship more without shipping worse. Your ambition: become a 100X developer.

• Co-create with product and design. You are at the table from first idea to shipped feature, not at the end of a ticket queue.

• Be the go-to for tech. Colleagues across the company count on you for anything technical, and you make them better at it.

What are your responsibilities

• Performance and stability. The product is fast and reliable, in every market, at any load.

• Product value. What you build makes the product measurably better for users.

• Tech stack. You monitor, maintain, and evolve it so it never becomes the bottleneck.

Who you are

• Ambitious, with a stage to match. You want your code used by millions worldwide, and a role that stretches you.

• 5+ years of full stack experience, shipping real products to real users, with experience in AWS, NodeJS, React and Docker. Ideally in a high-traffic B2C environment.

• A 10X mindset. You measure yourself by output and impact, and you are actively working on the next multiplier.

• AI-native, or determined to become it. Coding agents and AI tools are core to how you work, not a gimmick you tried once.

• Critical and open-minded. You embrace technological progress but judge every new tool on merit, not hype.

• Pragmatic to the bone. You pick the technique that fits the problem, and you know when good enough ships and perfect stalls.

• Evolving, always. Your stack today looks different from three years ago, and in three years it will again.

• A product thinker. You care about what the code does for the user, not just how elegant it is.
