(Senior) Full Stack Engineer (m/f/x)

About the Role

We are looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build and scale high-impact systems across our digital product landscape spanning client-facing web applications, workflow automation, and the internal platforms that power our core operations.

Whether you are designing seamless user journeys or architecting robust backend microservices in a regulated environment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software and solid technical foundations.

We look for engineers with strong product mindsets who know how to strike the right balance: moving fast to deliver immediate business value while building reusable, scalable architecture for the long term. Additionally, AI is central to how we work, you will work hands-on with modern AI tooling to build intelligent features into our products and internal engineering workflows.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Build and maintain high-quality client-facing applications, internal tools, APIs, and microservices across our stack.

• Full Stack Architecture: Work seamlessly across modern frontend interfaces, backend services, asynchronous queues, and cloud infrastructure.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Operations, Design, and Data teams to streamline complex workflows and build scalable software solutions.

• Engineering Excellence: Write clean, testable, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on security, data privacy, and operational reliability in a regulated environment.

• Continuous Growth: Contribute to architectural improvements, testing, observability, and developer experience. Depending on your experience, you will also have opportunities to shape technical direction, mentor peers, and elevate engineering standards across the team.

Core Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or comparable practical industry experience building production-grade software.

• Core Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js), and backend frameworks (Node.js, NestJS).

• Full Stack Fundamentals: Practical experience building and operating both frontend web applications and production backend services (APIs, databases, serverless/lambdas).

• API & System Design: Good understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., JWT), and service-to-service integrations.

• Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and tooling, such as AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production observability/debugging.

• Pragmatic Mindset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make pragmatic engineering and product trade-offs while taking ownership from idea to production.

• Communication: Clear, open, and concise communication skills, with professional fluency in English.

Nice-to-Haves / Strategic Pluses: (Experience in these areas is a plus, but not required to apply!)

• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, queues, or asynchronous workflows.

• Familiarity with additional backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin).

• Background building software in regulated, high-security, or operationally critical environments.
