We are looking for a Senior Information Developer (8+ years’ experience) to create high-quality, user-focused documentation for enterprise software products. You will own end-to-end documentation initiatives, leverage GenAI-powered authoring practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive customer success through effective content.
Responsibilities
- Own documentation deliverables for one or more products.
- Create and maintain user guides, online help, API documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and UI content.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable content.
- Leverage GenAI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate content creation, review, and maintenance, and build AI agents to automate documentation workflows and repetitive tasks.
- Establish documentation standards, reusable content strategies, and governance practices.
- Manage documentation activities using JIRA and version-control best practices.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Support teams to deliver accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure content meets high standards of accuracy, usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical writing, information development.
- Proven experience documenting enterprise software products. Exposure to cybersecurity products or related technologies is a plus.
- Experience with documentation authoring and publishing tools such as Robohelp, Acrobat, Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and AI-assisted documentation workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO principles for content discoverability.
- Understanding content analytics, search metrics, and content optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

- Experience mentoring and coaching technical writers.
- Familiarity with Git-based documentation workflows and docs-as-code practices.
- Experience with CMS platforms, structured authoring, and modern documentation ecosystems.
