Senior Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build and evolve the internal engineering platform used by our product teams. This is an engineering-focused role. The team works on Go-based platform services, developer tooling, shared libraries, service templates, GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes, observability systems, and platform capabilities for AI and agentic services.

What You Will Work On:

• Developing and maintaining internal platform services, primarily in Go.
• Developing and maintaining internal AI/agentic systems.
• Building tooling, shared libraries, templates, and automation that improve developer experience.
• Evolving GitLab CI/CD templates and delivery workflows for product teams.
• Maintaining Helm-based deployment patterns for Kubernetes services.
• Developing and maintaining observability capabilities based on metrics, logs, and traces.
• Reviewing platform-related changes: Go services, CI/CD, Helm charts, deployment configuration, and shared libraries.
• Participating in incident analysis and helping improve operational processes.
• Documenting platform decisions, usage patterns, and operational practices.
• Taking part in duty shifts or on-call processes when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong Golang engineering experience.
• Experience building, testing, and maintaining production services or internal engineering tools.
• Practical Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with Helm.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or comparable modern CI/CD systems.
• Understanding of service deployment, configuration, networking, and runtime troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Shell scripting skills.
• Ability to review code and infrastructure changes thoughtfully.
• English level B1 or higher for written technical communication.
• Ownership, communication skills, and structured problem solving.

Would Be An Advantage:

• Experience with Prometheus, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, or similar observability stacks.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, service templates, or shared engineering tooling.
• Experience with reusable GitLab CI/CD templates.
• Hands-on experience with gRPC-based services
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with Istio.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, or caches.
• Experience with AWS (EKS/RDS/S3/VPC)
• Experience participating in on-call, incident response, or production support.
