We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong leadership and strategic thinking to join our team and build innovative products and services powered by AI and autonomous agents. In this role, you will lead a strategic project focused on Customer Service transformation for a client in the banking sector, implementing AI and decision-making AI Agents.

We value your ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities and to transform data and research into clear product strategies and roadmaps. You'll manage the entire process, from feasibility studies to scaling up, while ensuring smooth stakeholder communication and balancing client ambitions with delivery feasibility.

What you will do:

• Manage the end-to-end product vision and execution for AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows designed specifically for customer support teams in a banking environment.

• Own the translation from high-level solution design decisions into a clear, structured, and buildable backlog for the engineering team.

• Review scope and technical estimates on behalf of the delivery team to ensure project roadmaps are realistic.

• Map business processes, document clear requirements, and define acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Develop trustful relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth cross-team communication.

• Identify and prioritize business opportunities and advise clients on possible directions.

• Validate ideas through experimentation to make fast, informed, de-risked decisions using continuous discovery approaches.

• Lead a cross-functional team of experts in their field, from AI engineers to experienced designers.

• Monitor productization of AI solutions from feasibility study through PoC to release and scale-up.

• Stay current with the rapidly evolving field of AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent frameworks.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-driven projects specifically for customer support/ customer service teams, or for automation of business or back-office processes.

• At least 5 years in leading digital and AI products.

• Strong sense of ownership, analytical skills, and deep product-oriented thinking to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.

• Solid background in working in a technical environment with cross-functional and remote teams, preferably international.

• Practical experience with continuous discovery approaches (including various validation techniques) and experience in designing and executing project budgets.

• Proven ability to work at the level of detail: process mapping, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria and UAT - not only strategy and roadmaps.

• Excellent communication skills, both English and Polish, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders from all management levels.

Nice to have:

• Direct experience working within banking, fintech, or another highly regulated / formal setting.

• Be open to business trips.

• Be ok with working with different time zones.

• Accept irregular working hours depending on the product development phase.
