Senior Software Developer - Reimagine
TLDR
Hands-on full-stack development building a cloud-based digital lending platform with AI/ML integration to automate underwriting and deliver high-performance web apps.
This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern web-based applications and integrated systems that support a digital lending platform. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
- Develop and maintain web applications, integration services, and software components supporting a cloud-based lending platform
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and scalable solutions
- Support ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, integration, and custom development work
- Design and implement front-end and full-stack solutions with a strong focus on performance and user experience
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to support automation and improved decision-making processes
- Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and ensure adherence to development standards
- Support testing, debugging, and resolution of complex software and system issues
- Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, and iterative delivery processes
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and system specifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in modern application environments
- Strong proficiency in web application development and software design principles
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and software engineering best practices
- Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms such as ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based development efforts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience contributing to or leading technical design discussions and code reviews
