Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Node, React)

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will take full ownership of feature development across the stack while contributing to system design, reliability, and long-term platform evolution in a mission-critical product environment.

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of features, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production.
  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.
  • Design and evolve REST APIs and contribute to data modeling decisions using PostgreSQL to support high-scale operational workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, helping raise engineering quality and consistency across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex operational workflows into intuitive software solutions.
  • Investigate, refactor, and improve existing systems, including legacy components requiring independent problem-solving and system understanding.
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, including microfrontend patterns and shared component strategies where applicable.
  • Requirements:

    This role requires a senior-level full-stack engineer with strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

    • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering complex full-stack applications.
    • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React and Node.js.
    • Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data model design.
    • Proven ability to design and build scalable APIs using REST and/or GraphQL.
    • Strong testing discipline, with consistent integration of automated testing into development workflows.
    • Experience working with distributed systems or complex production SaaS environments is highly valued.
    • Ability to work independently in ambiguous or undocumented systems while maintaining strong communication across teams.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork.
