As a Technical Recruiter at an early stage startup, you will help shape the future of the company, by sourcing and attracting the best and brightest candidates in the industry. The candidates you recruit will have a foundational and profound effect on the company and its growth trajectory.
You Have:
• 4+ years of recruiting experience hiring software engineers.
• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience in a startup or agency
environment.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of software & hardware technical roles (e.g. Product Managers, Back end developers, Data Scientists, Machine Vision scientists, etc.)
• Have lived and worked in the Bay Area as a recruiter for the past 2 years
