Senior UX Designer

TLDR

Lead end-to-end UX design for data-rich analytics platforms, shaping scalable interfaces and design systems through close collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex, data-rich products, including dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, and workflow-based applications.
  • Define and drive UX strategy for key product areas by aligning user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into cohesive design solutions.
  • Translate complex datasets, metrics, and user workflows into intuitive, accessible, and highly functional experiences.
  • Create high-quality, implementation-ready designs in Figma using component-based design methodologies, shared libraries, and scalable design systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data teams to deliver consistent and impactful user experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and development efficiency across products.
  • Support agile product development through iterative, data-informed design decisions and continuous user experience improvements.
  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative research insights into design recommendations and product enhancements.
  • Mentor and support other designers through constructive feedback, design reviews, and shared project collaboration.
  • Promote UX best practices, accessibility standards, and innovative design approaches across the organization.
  • Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field, with a strong focus on B2B or platform-based products.
    • Proven experience designing complex, data-intensive applications, including analytics, reporting, or dashboard-driven solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead product design initiatives from discovery and research through execution and optimization.
    • Advanced expertise in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, shared variables, and design systems.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
    • Experience working in agile product environments with evolving priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ability to break down ambiguous challenges into structured design approaches and actionable solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with product managers, developers, researchers, and business teams.
    • Familiarity with marketing technology, social media analytics, influencer ecosystems, or creator-focused platforms is considered an asset.
    • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
