As a Validation Project Manager in our Reliability Lab, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all validation and testing projects within the lab. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products and systems meet quality and reliability standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with major automotive customers, driving our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products to our clients.

What will your job look like?

Manage, Lead, plan, and execute validation projects within the Reliability Lab, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Oversee the design and execution of test plans, protocols, and procedures for product and system validation.

Manage a team of validation engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation of test processes, results, and any deviations.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed.

All you need is:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or a related discipline). Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in engineering.

Strong knowledge of validation, automation systems and embedded SW.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and resources.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements- an advantage.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
