Join the Ads Platform team at Rippling and become a vital part of our engineering organization. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge infrastructure that delivers highly relevant content in the form of ads and emails to precisely targeted audiences. By maximizing buying opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

We just launched our data pipelines product to beta customers and have strong demand for over 100+ connector types. As we go to GA this will expand to thousands of connectors for 100s of thousands of customers moving billions of rows of data

What you will do

• Build and maintain product features across Rippling’s Data Cloud platform, focusing on data ingestion, for  analytics workflows.
• Work with senior engineers to ship well-tested Python, go and typescript projects to handle a data pipelines product. 
• Debug customer-facing data issues, improve reliability, and learn how large-scale data products are designed and operated. 
• Build out our agentic coding harness that allows us to build data pipelines with minimal human intervention.

Who You Are:

• You enjoy and are enthusiastic about writing code!

What you will need

• 3+ years of professional work experience using React and a backend system (i.e. Python/Django)
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, providing you with a solid foundation to tackle complex technical problems and drive innovation.
• Outstanding capacity to convey intricate technical concepts clearly and precisely, both in written and verbal communication, while collaborating effectively across diverse functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them
• Infectious passion for solving real customer pain points
