HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude

• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with

• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction

• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems

• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Norwegian, good English

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• A problem-solving, can-do mindset

• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools

• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude

• Availability to work in shifts

• Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language

• Minimum B2 English

• Clean criminal record

• Valid work permit or European passport

• Relocation Package is included:
• • For Content Moderation / Digital Trust & Safety roles: up to 21 days of hotel or shared-apartment accommodation covered, plus a €1,500 relocation bonus paid in two installments
• • For other roles: flight covered up to €150, up to 21 days of accommodation, help securing an apartment in Sofia, and a €300/month gross accommodation allowance
