We’re looking for our own Sous Chef to help make lunch the highlight of the workday. You’ll cook alongside our Chef, keep things running smoothly, and help feed 70 hungry colleagues every day.

Responsibilities

• Run daily prep, cooking, and service alongside the head chef

• Cover the kitchen fully when the head chef is on leave or off-site

• Own specific stations or menu components

• Help with weekly ordering and stock management

• Keep HACCP logs and allergen tracking up to date

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional kitchen experience

• Solid technical range: you can execute across cuisines, not just one style

• HACCP-certified, or willing to certify within your first month

• Dutch and English

• Comfortable stepping up when the head chef is out; you can hold the kitchen together for a week

• This is a two-person kitchen, not a brigade of ten. Ego stays at the door.
