Sr. DevOps Engineer

Accountabilities:
  • Support and optimize application infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across cloud-based SaaS environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure services, supporting both IaaS, PaaS, and emerging serverless architectures.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable software delivery across environments.
  • Automate system administration tasks including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using tools such as Terraform to improve scalability and repeatability.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve OS, network, or infrastructure-level issues.
  • Drive automation and tooling for security, compliance, auditing, and resource optimization across deployments.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and guide best practices for reliability and scalability.
  • Define and track operational KPIs to measure system health, performance, and engineering efficiency.
  • Support cloud networking configurations including VNETs, load balancing, routing, and security groups.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of deployment processes through monitoring, feedback loops, and incident analysis.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and accurate sprint execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
    • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering roles.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and multi-environment deployments.
    • Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
    • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or similar automation languages.
    • Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Ansible.
    • Good understanding of cloud networking concepts including VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, and hybrid architectures.
    • Experience working with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, New Relic, or equivalent.
    • Familiarity with containers and Docker in microservices or distributed architectures.
    • Strong understanding of security principles in cloud environments.
    • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with strong delivery expectations.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
