JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Design and implement solutions that connect systems, software, and technologies to ensure they work together smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Deploy the implementation to the appropriate environment - this includes maps, database setup, envelopes, and any business process changes.
  3. Analyze and debug system integration issues.
  4. Proactively identify and communicate issues, propose and implement solutions for continuous improvements in regard to the job accountabilities.
  5. Provide integration testing support and expertise to Product, Development, Operations, Customers, Third Parties, Carriers, and QA.
  6. Provide a strong technical vision that ensures team stays current with evolving technology, and drive implementation of continuous technical improvements.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics or a directly related field of study.
  • Requires the following experience:
  1. 5 years of combined experience in building ETL, data warehouse, tables, and data pipelines.
  2. 5 years of experience querying data in SQL and using that data to prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review and to monitor metrics.
  3. 5 years of experience conducting statistical analysis or quantitative modeling.
  4. 5 years of experience programming R or Python.
  5. 5 years of experience in EDI or API integrations with internal and external partners.
  6. 5 years of experience working in the Transportation Logistics Industry.
  7. 3 years of experience in direct management of teams or indirect management of outside vendors or contractors who perform work on the team's behalf.
  • Telecommute position. Must reside within the U.S. Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
