Supervisor, Fleet People Operations (Admin)
TLDR
Oversee hub petty cash, supplies, equipment, internal documents, and station minimum standards across Fleet operations.

In a nutshell, the role is to provide full support in all matters leading the division. The Fleet division is one of the three core pillars of the business. It is imperative to the company’s success that the division performs with ever-improving operational efficiency and scalability, all in tandem to the company’s excellent track record, as well as forecasted exponential growth in the coming months.
What you will do
- Delegating /Assigning and reviewing hub petty cash management records of payments and receipts, ensures that all hub petty cash is accurate, and in conformance with regulations.
- Creating a hub petty cash report for visibility.
- Take the initiative to ensure that all responsible workflows are of excellent quality.
- Controlling process of internal documents between station and fleet operations.
- Developing and improving hub supplies stock and place orders with the procurement department.
- Ensuring the company items are stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Being the person in charge of ‘station minimum standard’ project In order to plan, dispatch, and auditing hub equipment.
What you will need
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, logistics or e-commerce preferred
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- General Administration knowledge is an advantage.
- Prior experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas.
- Good Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets.
- Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven decision making mentality, fast learner and “can-do” attitude.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
