What you will do
- Analysing data of performance gaps and recommending solutions to improve status quo performance
- Updating and improving KPI dashboards to align all employees in the same direction, as well as to provide performance tracking and thus improving performance
- Own the data function of new projects
- Setting up data tracking processes and own the tracking of physical assets and human resources
- Driving the compliance of data inputs to ensure accurate information is achieved
What you will need
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (Preferably Business/Supply chain management/Engineering field)
- Good skill Computer literacy in MS Office
- Well structured thought process
- Must possess the ability to effectively and clearly communicate verbally and in writing
