Terminal Support Engineer

There is an opportunity for a Terminal Support Engineer to join our team.

Requirements Profile and Soft skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience in a comparable position
• Very good English

Technical skills required:

• Monitoring, updating, checking for and reproducing new bugs/issues on POS devices
• Resolving tickets and assisting the first level support
• Preparing reports/statistics from SAP BO for different tasks
• Updating terminals according to the requirements of the Card Organizations (Visa and MasterCard)
• Configuration and changes to the TMS system(Terminal management system) for the supported terminals
• Performing tests on POS devices and piloting new SW versions
• Performing analyses of problems and requests for change of functionalities by customers

Major Responsibilities:

• Carry out coordination tasks between customers, internal specialist departments, and IT departments in daily operations and in emergencies
• Receive and handle hardware, software, network, and communication problems in POS systems and related applications; localize, resolve, and initiate escalation procedures
• Contribute to projects, to the introduction of new services and to extraordinary events)
