We’re looking for a motivated and capable Third in Charge to join our team at Merchant Albany store. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the floor, coaching the team, and keeping things moving – especially when leadership isn’t on-site.

It’s a great next step if you’re looking to grow your leadership skills while staying hands-on with the team and the customer experience.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role – Third in Charge

• Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Tues: 10:30am - 6pm
  • Weds: 10am - 6pm
  • Thurs: 11am - 5pm
  • Fri: 9:30am - 5pm
  • Sat: 9am - 5pm
• Minimum Hours: 34.5 hours per week
• Employment Status: Permanent Part-time
• Hourly Rate: $26.00 + bonus potential ! 

What your day will look like:

• Supporting day-to-day operations and stepping in to lead shifts
• Coaching and developing team members during your shifts
• Driving sales and keeping your team energised and focused
• Creating memorable customer experiences
• Supporting a positive, inclusive store culture
• Assisting with visual merchandising, stock, and store standards
