Founders Associate (Intern)

Our mission

Bounti is building the AI-native infrastructure layer for frontline teams — spanning training, audits, and autonomous operations. We partner with multi-location operators in frontline-industries such as hospitality.

We're hiring a Founder's Associate Intern to work day to day with Max (Chief of Staff), with direct exposure to Deniz (Founder and CEO) and our department VPs. This isn't a role with a fixed lane: you'll move across strategy, commercial and operations depending on what the business needs most that week.

What you'll do

• Founder Leverage: Take ownership of whatever is highest priority for Max and Deniz in a given week.
• Strategic Projects: Drive discrete, high-stakes projects end to end, from problem to recommendation to execution.
• Market Intelligence: Research markets, competitors and customer segments to sharpen decisions on where Bounti plays next.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work across sales, product and people ops depending on what's needed, without waiting to be told which lane is yours.
• Process and Structure: Build the systems and playbooks that let Bounti scale without losing speed.
• Direct Exposure: Join calls with customers, investors and partners, and sit in on decisions most interns never see.
  

Your profile

• At least one internship at a Tier A company: top-tier consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a fast-growing startup.
• Currently enrolled at or recently graduated from a leading university (WHU, TUM, Mannheim or comparable).
• Structured and analytical: you turn ambiguous, messy problems into clear plans.
• High agency: you don't wait for a task list, you find the highest-leverage thing to do.
• Confident communicator, written and verbal, and comfortable pushing back when you disagree.
• Fluent in German, confident in English; additional languages are a plus.
