Our client is a mid-sized privately-owned software product development, engineering, and IT consulting services company. Currently, the company is actively working on developing advanced solutions for iGaming, Forex trading platform, Microcredit project.
iGaming platform project - micro-service based, reactive system, delivering high performance and resilient solutions to iGaming operators.
We are looking for a Technical App Support Engineer with good English skills for night shifts (10 pm - 8 am Kyiv time, 2 working days/2 days off rotation). There is an option to work remotely. The support is mostly provided by emails and chats with English speaking users.
- At least 1 year of experience in 1/2nd Level Application Support
- Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
- Understanding and working experience with any Database
- QA manual background would be a plus
- Software Implementation or integration project participation would be a plus
Will be a plus:
- Experience with iGaming projects
- Experience with Java
