Arbor Education Partners is hiring a

Customer Success Specialist/Analyst (Part-time / Term-time)


You will be a highly intelligent and personable individual with a passionate belief that technology can change education for the better. Your role will involve building and managing relationships with key Arbor clients, leveraging your experience to help schools, academy groups and local authority leadership to identify and understand the strategic challenges that Arbor can help to solve. You will work with these senior stakeholders to deploy the Arbor platform, manage the change process, and align Arbor to monitor and improve school performance. Past experience in ICT or teaching sectors will be looked on very favourably; if you can demonstrate both, even better!

A preliminary list of responsibilities includes:

  • Build long-term relationships with schools
  • Working with school management post-sale on effective implementation of the system
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams, both remotely and in person, to create new products and tools
  • Become an expert in the use of the Arbor system on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Work with clients via email, telephone, Google Hangout and other platforms
  • Craft and execute project plans, coordinate trainings and take responsibility for the overall success of Arbor schools
