As a Motion Graphics Designer at Pandora, you’ll play an integral part in the creative process from concept to development to execution. You will support the Creative team in the design of motion graphics for a variety of internal and external projects for the Pandora brand and our partners, continuously finding ways to push our approach to animation to the next level.


  • Work with creative directors, designers, and other team members across Creative on motion graphics for social media, campaigns, email, and more
  • Create templates that can be edited by designers, editors, and the social media team
  • Enforce brand guidelines
  • Clearly articulate ideas/strategy, and happily accept feedback
  • Create storyboards and presentations for cross-functional reviews
  • Finalize motion graphics assets according to provided specs
  • Elevate and innovate on Pandora’s approach to animation
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree in animation, or Internship or equivalent work experience in motion graphics at a digital company (advertising or design firm a plus)
  • A portfolio that showcases rockstar motion design skills, with an emphasis on thoughtful, conceptual design
  • Strong fundamental design skills, including knowledge of typography, layout/composition, and color
  • Ability to think both conceptually and technically on projects
  • Must be detail-oriented, pro-active, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of specs/requirements across different platforms, including social media and video
  • Basic knowledge of HTML animation a plus
  • Must love music!
