Polish-Speaking Data and Risk Analyst

London, United Kingdom

Join a high-growth Fintech startup with an energetic team, a central London office and a work-hard/play-hard culture.

At iwoca, our vision is that finance should be like electricity: simple, seamless and powerful. Over the next decade we aim to provide financing to one million small businesses that are underserved by the banks. Since launch in 2012, we've lent over £100m to thousands of small businesses across Europe. Along the way we have built a cutting-edge platform, won numerous awards and have grown a fun and vibrant team.

Over the last 12 months our team has more than doubled to 120 people and last summer we closed a $20m Series B funding round, giving us the means to fuel our rapid growth. Now we're looking for a smart and passionate Polish-speaking Business Analyst to use our cutting-edge technological platform to take performance of iwoca Poland to the next level.

The environment is highly entrepreneurial and people who are hands-on, analytical and diligent will enjoy the freedom and room for growth. We offer real career progression for out-performers all the way up to senior management.
