Marketing Operations Manager

What we need:

We are looking for a self proclaimed “fixer” who enjoys taking on big hairy data challenges and creates something clean, concise and easy for others to use an manager.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Working cross functionally with marketing, sales and sales operations teams to ensure data is accurate and correct
  • Integrating systems (e.g. Salesforce, marketing automation tools, the Logikcull app) such that they “speak” to each other in a way that data is passed efficiently and accurately from system to system
  • Using analytics to identify opportunities to optimize the marketing funnel and recommending initiatives to improve.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of Marketing and/or Sales Operations experience especially with demand generation or lead scoring
  • Intimate familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
  • Technical expertise within the sales and marketing technology stack
  • Experience implementing robust lead scoring systems
  • A critical mind: You’re always looking for the best way to optimize things
