The RealReal is looking to add full-time Digital File Clerk to support our high volume retouching studio. This is an on-site operational support position managing digital assets created by 40+ photographers across two studios, all being consolidated into a single retouching workflow based in the corporate offices in San Francisco. We are looking for someone adaptable to our deadline driven environment that can hold their own to maintain 100% daily folder and file accountability, keep track of and work with the retouching and both photography studios to bring all discrepancies to resolution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success working with digital asset management solutions and workflows in a complex creative environment.
  • Able to work equally well with people in business, creative, and technical positions.
  • Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence; must possess a meticulously ordered mind.
  • Excellent oral and written communicator, with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team.
  • Fanatical about creating order from disorder; understand the “correct” level of process to apply to different projects.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel); ninja-level skills.
  • Very strong computer literacy, familiar with and comfortable navigating both Mac and Windows.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel).
  • Strong quantitative skills (basic arithmetic with MANY sets of numbers; use of excel formatting and basic formulas a plus).
  • An excellent color vision for identifying image set discrepancies a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment going above and beyond to help customers, system users, or patrons in solving problems or locating information.Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Bridge is a plus.

Pay rate: $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
