Description:

Rubicon Global is a rapidly growing, well-funded tech company with a cloud-based platform aimed at the Waste Management Industry. We're building a new Mid-market Sales team - looking to add 8-10 Account Executives to our team.

 

Summary / General Description:

  • Build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close in a defined territory
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative goals for prospecting, customer contacts and other sales process activities.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts - weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Educate customers on service differentiation, pricing, training and value-add during the sales process in order to close business.
  • Follow up after sales to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, commitment, and trust to exceed expectations in sales and retention of customer accounts.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience with proven track-record required.
  • Great attitude, good communicator (verbal, written).
  • Team player and can thrive in high-activity work environments.
  • Independent, with strong work ethic and self-discipline.
  • Must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: i.e. flexibility, adaptability and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Rubicon's products and services as well as and competitor's products, applying that knowledge appropriately and effectively in selling situations.
  • Present a professional image and represent the company in line with stated core values.
