PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The RobustWealth Internship Program (RWIP) is an 11-week summer internship program based at our Lambertville Headquarters location. The program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students who come from a variety of sourcing channels, including on-campus career fairs, partner organizations, and direct applications. In this role you will immerse yourself into the RobustWealth culture, working side by side with innovative and talented minds of RobustWealth. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers.

POSITION

Join RobustWealth as a Summer Intern part of RobustWealth Internship Program, where you’ll develop specialized skills you will need to pursue your career, while working at an industry-leading fintech company. Under the guidance of our team, you’ll build prospecting and product knowledge that you can use to forge and develop relationships internally and externally. You’ll see how our products connect with the needs of advisors and clients and make your job not just rewarding, but also fulfilling.

Your experiences will include:

• Engagement: Working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units at RobustWealth during your internship experience.
• Exposure: An inside look into the day-to-day operations of an organization at the cutting edge of media and technology.
• Professional Development: Exposure to a variety of professional development topics facilitated through senior leaders within the organization. These sessions include speaker series, skill-building workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Mentorship: Mentoring from fellow colleagues throughout your experience to help you navigate your experience, provide coaching, and expand your professional network.
• Fun: Continuously develop relationships with fellow interns through social activities, community building, and networking.

At RobustWealth, the following teams are seeking Interns:

• Technology Team: Software Developers
• Product Team: Business Analyst & UX/UI Designer
• Investment & Trading Team: Quantitative Analyst
• Revenue Team: Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship

Requirements

• Undergraduate students working towards a Bachelor's degree in an accredited program
• Minimum 2.9 cumulative GPA. Additional requirements might apply.
• Results oriented with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
