Hoop is hiring a

Junior Product Designer

London, United Kingdom

Across the UK hundreds of thousands of families use Hoop to discover and book activities their kids will love. For thousands of community organisers our platform is a source of new customers and critical tool for managing their business.

Hoop is greater access to activities for all families and the tools to help community organisers thrive.

We design experiences and use problem-solving and visual communication to answer the needs of our two main stakeholders: the families that use Hoop to discover new activities for their children, and the organisers that turn to Hoop to grow their business.

We are responsible for Hoop's brand expression and its coherence across all mediums. Our work covers the Hoop app, organiser platform, our website, email, social media, as well as printed materials and merchandise.

The design team has a busy schedule. We release features on a weekly basis, and constantly analyse and test our work. We're always looking to improve on our design solutions through an ongoing iterative process. We also support internal teams with great design to help contribute towards their goals.

We aim to have fun in what we do, as well as create an environment that facilitates ongoing learning.

Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will contribute to the growth and development of the consumer experience, as well as supporting the marketing team's requirements for promotional materials.

We are looking for a designer who can express themselves openly, who is genuinely curious and aspires to grow. The ideal candidate will not only think about the 'what' but also about the 'why', working on smart design solutions that support our product goals.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop their design experience in a broad-ranging role within a well-funded and ambitious startup, ran by design-led founders.
