We are looking for an account coordinator to join our world-class client services team. As an UACF Account Coordinator, you’ll be the quarterback behind the scenes driving media campaigns to the finish line.

This position is located in the UACF Austin, TX office. 

About You:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital media campaign implementation flawlessly; follow quality control processes and optimize campaign performance
  • Execute premium campaign reports that showcase results and drive renewals for key clients
  • Support account managers in the planning and handling of client meetings and presentations
  • Cultivate strong professional working relationships with teammates and project stakeholders
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented and health and fitness environment

Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years account management experience
  • Experience managing large scale, complex integrated digital media campaigns
  • Knowledge of upper funnel marketing strategies and approaches
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and persuasive writing
  • Working knowledge of ad serving technologies such as DFP, MOAT, MoPub ShareThrough. and JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Google Apps, MS Office, Slack, Tableau
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent advertising agency experience
