So right now we are looking for a IT Support Specialist who will serve as front-line user support for all PatientPop employees, and will also take lead on Audio/Visual setup, support, and troubleshooting. How does this role contribute to the cause?
Reporting to our Director of IT, you will be joining our growing IT team and have an opportunity to further your career in IT. This IT Support Specialist will be on the front lines, supporting our users in all aspects of technology in our primarily Mac environment. You will create and maintain accounts and groups within G-Suite/Google administration, maintain our VoiP phone system, manage and maintain our Cisco Meraki Network and support any other technical issues that may come up.
Who will be successful in this role?
To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly flexible multi tasker with a passion for interfacing with people as you will be working with all of our employees. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience working with Mac OS X, G-Suite, Cisco Meraki and success in a customer service setting.
