Product Manager

CLEAR is looking for a Product Manager to join our platform team as we grow our presence in new verticals. In this role, you’ll support the development of our B2B business by researching new market opportunities, influencing product strategy and working to build products our customers will love.

This role is both creative and analytical, and requires a versatile thinker who has the ability (and desire) to balance product strategy with technical execution. You should be adept at transforming complex problems into simple solutions, excited to wear multiple hats and  comfortable taking on expanded business responsibilities as needed (for example, account management and growing industry awareness).

What You Will Do:

  • Bridge the gap between the business and the backend by understanding the customer, the market, and how that influences our product strategy
  • Identify, research and understand new market opportunities in line with company objectives
  • Partner with business development to understand customer needs and build use cases
  • Work with engineering to develop products from concept through execution and launch
  • Own/grow customer and industry relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, legal, communications and more to bring ideas to life

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing and/or management consulting
  • Left- and right-brain thinker who is naturally curious and action-oriented
  • Multifunctional experience—in addition to product management, you also have an understanding of B2B marketing, enterprise sales and consumer software
  • Excellent and empathetic storyteller who understands customers’ needs
  • Strong team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, and experience working with technical teams
  • Proactive communicator who is excited to take initiative, and has outstanding time and project management skills
