With a growing presence on a global scale, coupled with aggressive plans for expansion, we are looking for a Content Manager to help support our ambitions.
You will require a good degree of expertise in executing a contentstrategy and will be responsible for dealing with content requests, managing the Group's information flow, and securing content of the highest quality.
Responsibilities will include
Intranet management - strategy and content
Working with internalt stakeholders to create engaging content
The Ideal Candidate
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, (verbal and written), including the ability to present clear and concise professional communications to a range of audiences within THG.
Proven experience in the delivery of content
Ability to investigate, analyse and contextualise issues, identifying key points to be addressed and simple plans to resolve problems.
Experienced in refreshing and updating existing intranet or websites, including knowledge of Content Management Systems (Preferably Immediacy and Wordpress), Photoshop or similar picture manipulating software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong writing and editorial skills - ability to confidently produce and deliver written content Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail -ability to prioritise.
Ability to balance a very varied workload and to be self- sufficient and hands-on.
A creative, ideas-driven person.
