Alea is growing fast and this is why we are looking for a VIP Account Manager, who will interact with the most important customers in response to enquiries and complaints relating to products and services, as well as implementing proactive measures to ensure the best Players' experience. The VIP contacts may be received through e-mail, telephone, chat or any other communication tool.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will provide an outstanding service to our most valuable customers
You will analyze, extract and understand KPIs and casino’s index, then you will develop a proper action plan in order to make our customers have the greatest experience possible.
You will acquire a deep understanding of our products, bonus system and games
Assisting our VIP customers with financial, functional, technical problems and other enquiries.
You will deliver tailored rewards and campaigns to players
WHAT YOU NEED:
Excellent communication skills in German & English
You have a strong commercial attitude.
You know how to treat special customers and you are able to provide special care for each one of our clients
You have attention to detail, high quality standards, always ready to give a 5 star service
You have experience in customer facing roles with high-value customer environment (Luxury, 5 star hospitality environments etc.)
Experience in iGaming
Customer Service focused
Results and target focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
