We are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant who will help establish and grow the LinkedIn Talent Solutions media business. The SC will help educate sales reps on media positioning, serve as an advisor to clients to help drive media bookings, and partner with clients to ensure success with these products.  This role allows you to work in a dynamic team with our key corporate clients in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Own regional training, tool and collateral development to ensure sales team is well-versed on all media products and new product offerings, and well equipped to take to market
  • Perform the entire pre-sales due diligence process, from research to positioning to proposal, in order to make strategic recommendations to clients based on their unique hiring objectives
  • Drive media/new product adoption and utilization among clients post-sales in order to achieve the goal of reaching/exceeding media booking quota
  • Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor in development and execution of their social recruiting strategy
  • Serve as the thought leader and resident expert for the sales team and clients, for product marketing questions, success stories & general industry knowledge
  • Lead regular client calls to provide insights & intelligence on the performance of media campaigns
  • Drive the analysis of winning sales strategies and conduct regular local training sessions with sales to proliferate strategies/best practices and develop a best-in-class sales team
  • Manage projects working effectively with cross-functional teams to influence products, processes, etc.
  • Possess a deep and up-to-date understanding of the entire hiring product portfolio

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, advertising or client-facing roles at online companies

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • MBA degree
  • Experience in product management or social media marketing
  • Experience driving pre-sales and sales, developing strategies and growing a business
  • Experience working in the marketing or media department of a staffing agency or recruiting firm
  • Experience working with agencies on media products
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
