  • Managing Knowledgebase structures in a multi-project environment
  • Defining and setting policies of knowledgebase creation and documentation
  • Account management within the Atlassian product range
  • Managing and providing accesses to other related systems
  • Managing and assisting workflows and project setups
  • Organizing and holding workshops and product introductions to new users
  • Supporting and providing assistance for the systems you are handling
  • Assisting and setting up new projects and workflows to help development and management in their daily lives
  • Gather institutional knowledge for retention and socialize it enterprise-wide
  • Managing and improving the architecture for the overall knowledge base
  • Providing clear and concise processes and workflows within the Knowledge Base
  • Driving awareness of knowledge base processes and systems, and ensuring they are adopted.
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate Knowledge Bases, including regular reviews of existing knowledge articles, as well as updating and/or removing information that is no longer valid
