Sales Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist who will support the Sales Director and the Dealer Sales team in North America.  This individual will likely focus on tracking & reporting sales data, and resolving problems as the sales team grows, with potential to expand the role. This person will be working cross-functionally within the company, as well as with external stakeholders; adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment is crucial.

This role will require a business-minded individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at communicating with individuals in the luxury market.  Additionally, the role will require working closely with our Sales Director, Sales Manager and internal team of category specialists and curators, who have been responsible for sales in the past, and will continue to play an integral role in the process.

What you’ll do

Dealer Sales & Advertising Sales Support

  • Take ownership of implementing processes to keep the sales department running efficiently (meeting with Product, Salesforce admin, Accounting, etc).
  • Update Sales Director with team’s MTD & YTD progress, and YOY growth
  • Salesforce team lead: oversee new Salesforce functions/features /updates for Dealer Sales team
  • Own the creation and updating of contracts on a monthly basis (Adobe Acrobat), upload to Adobe Sign
    • Also – own Salesforce Adobe Sign integration
  • Create monthly sales report for Sales Director & executive team
  • Manage the day-to-day of the sales assistant and help oversee that we’re hitting vetting targets
  • Provide Ad Sales team with Salesforce reporting on new Dealer ad buys
  • Assist Ad Sales by highlighting leads on recently activated accounts, including account status, likelihood of conversion, and total GMV 
  • Support Dealer Sales & Account Management on ad-hoc projects and sales initiatives 

Business Development Support

  • Work with Strategic Partnerships team to vet leads
  • Find relevant contact at large brands, perform initial outreach
  • Create personalized decks for large brands, modify contracts where necessary

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years experience in a sales operations, sales support, or client-facing service role
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral), presentation, listening and organization skills, attention to detail
  • Salesforce experience is a must
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves and help attitude
  • Experience working with luxury goods a plus
