Voice Operations Engineer for the Voice Ops team will be working as part of Voice Engineering track. Main responsibility of Voice Ops Engineer will be solving escalated voice related issues. In addition to that Voice Ops Engineer will be responsible of implementing operational tasks such as branch rollouts/refurbishments. In your role you will individually contribute and provide technical support to Voice Ops team and Support Desk to solve the escalated voice related issues.
Responsible for escalations and our voice queue
Train IT Support teams to deflect escalations
Troubleshoot and find the root-cause of escalated voice-related issues
Assist the teams(Voice Ops and Support Desk) with technical hands on fixes
Create support material to better assist Support Desk and our colleagues
Help implementing and deployment of our voice projects
Good communication and team work skills
Experience with any ticketing system
Experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity, CUPS, VGW, SBC
CCNA Voice level knowledge is plus
Hands-on experience with designing, improving and troubleshooting large scale systems;
Experience within a Tiger environment is plus;
Experience within UCCE environment is plus;
Customer focused & business oriented;
Experience working in an international and globally distributed organisation;
Worked in an agile environment and understanding the agile way of working would be a plus.
Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
