Do you love video games, entertainment, and legal technical challenges? Interested in cutting-edge legal challenges? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Paralegal with an emphasis on Transactional Law to join the Sony PlayStation in-house legal team. 

The Sony PlayStation Legal and Business Affairs group's mission is to provide professional legal and business advice in a manner that facilitates, supports and promotes the objectives, goals, and business of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, and that reflects the ethics and standards of the Company. The Transactional Law group works on a wide variety of agreements that have a company wide impact.


  • Review, draft, and negotiate various types of agreements under the supervision of attorneys.  Including; consulting agreements, facility and vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, talent contracts, software licensing, and event contracts.
  • Manage and update contracts database, previous contracts database system preferred (i.e. Conga, Apttus)
  • Monitor contracts from beginning to end, ensuring approvals and information are relayed in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with internal business teams and third parties to gather and synthesize information for agreements.
  • Manage special project work as assigned.


  • A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or equivalent.
  • Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training required
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in technology environment.
  • Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, challenging environment, to tight timelines.
  • Team player, with strong communication, organizational, and drafting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to accommodate deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multi-faceted communication skills; email, spoken and written. Must be able to communicate with many different audiences.
