Marketing Program Manager

As part of the Marketing organization, this individual would be responsible for helping the Sales organization leverage marketing resources to accelerate and maximize productivity.

Collaborate

  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to prioritize the efforts that will have the greatest impact
  • Provide bi-directional communication into plans, priorities, progress and results
  • Launch and mobilize sales teams with programs and sales campaigns
  • Survey sales to gain insight, capture feedback, and align efforts
  • Align Field, Channel, Alliances and Corporate Marketing efforts to maximize leverage
  • Align with Sales Enablement Onboarding and Development efforts
  • Align with Sales Operations to capture, measure, and report program effectiveness
  • Align with other Marketing Analysts to ensure consistency and scalability 

Manage

  • Allocation of discretionary marketing budget available for sales programs
  • Process for capturing, prioritizing, and communicating new requests
  • Repository of sales content and resources
  • Customer reference program and interactions
  • Repository of sales proposal templates and Business Impact Presentations (BIPs)
  • Repository of Competitive Analysis research and sales tools
  • Process for staffing field events with sales reps

Educate

  • Social media protocol and leverage
  • Green Circle Community best practices and points of leverage
  • Brand consistency on new and existing customer-facing materials

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to interface and influence executive leadership
  • Ability to assess needs, identify gaps, design solutions, deliver programs and measure the impact
  • Flexibility to process and prioritize a continuous flow of requests for help
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across sales and marketing
  • Effectively manage a dynamic marketing budget
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in marketing, sales or sales enablement
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Commitment to stakeholder satisfaction
