Paid Social Media Manager
Your Role:
The role is responsible for developing successful Paid Social strategies/programs, identifying effective target groups, campaign execution and optimization, establishing relationships and negotiating with media/publishers, billing reconciliation, contributing insights to post-campaign reporting and supervising team members.  The candidate will work closely with internal marketing teams (analytics, content, project/community management) to develop effective communication strategies, performance objectives, engaging content, reporting methodologies and measurement plans that support campaign and brand goals.  This position will also be expected to keep apprised of new technologies and share with the team, create innovative, bespoke programs, deliver measurable, data-driven insights to inform business decisions and clearly present insights to department leadership.
This position reports to the Global Social/Digital Director.  Overall responsibilities include:
·        Support strategic development and stewardship of Paid Social campaigns designed to create awareness for the brand and drive site traffic (25%)
o   Collaborate with content, analytics, community and project management teams to create effective branding and go-to-market Paid Social strategies that will drive growth for the overall brand across the digital ecosystem
o   Grow brand awareness while maximizing efficiencies
o   Build and traffic campaigns, track/report budgets, and provide Paid Social best practices that optimize our assets
o   Work with design/content teams to build effective Paid Social content based on device and user consumption
o   Oversee paid/non-paid Influencer campaigns – develop overall strategy and build/maintain relationships and execute plans, including overseeing content development
·        Monitor and inform team regarding competitive landscape strategies, new/beta technologies and offerings in the market and find ways to leverage new opportunities for the brand (25%)
o   Stay apprised of Social landscape evolution and apply to strategic campaigns
o   Identify dynamic ways to drive FF.com site traffic and engage users to convert to handraisers and leads
o   Explore and keep marketing team apprised of/execute dynamic, first-to-market opportunities that will showcase the brand
·        Work closely with Organic Social and Analytics team to report and optimize campaigns to deliver maximum efficiencies/effectiveness and define KPIs to measure success across campaigns (20%)
o   Identify and use social media monitoring and reporting tools to gauge performance and aid in strategic planning
·        Collaborate with Programmatic (Display/Mobile), Organic Social, SEM and SEO teams to develop synergistic and comprehensive Paid Social strategies (15%)
o   Ensure Paid Social strategies work in tandem with and complement each component of the overall digital plan
·        Foster and manage relationships with key Social publishers and aid in managing Influencer relationships (15%)
Basic Qualifications:
·        Minimum 4+ years of relevant strategic Paid Social planning experience across a multitude of publishers (FB, IG, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc) at a brand or agency
·        Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
·        Experience in the automotive and/or technology industries
·        Experience creating and executing quantifiably successful Social campaigns
·        Knowledgeable regarding emerging digital trends and landscape surrounding content, distribution, paid and organic tactics and measurement/verification advancements
·        Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
·        Highly organized, able to multitask effectively and respond to changes quickly
·        Strong collaborative nature to build relationships across the enterprise
·        Experience directly managing and training team members
·        E-commerce experience
·        Experience with specific tools such as Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Omniture, Sprinklr, Moat, comScore and Doubleclick
·        Knowledge of DSPs, DMPs and analytics tools/resources
·        Personally active in Social channels
